Welcome.

I'm a storyteller, adventurer, learner, leader. I've spent most of my life helping people realize their full potential. These are the lessons learned along the way.

30 year sales leader
Worked with 500+ companies
1,400+ business teams

My story

Judd Efinger has paired a thirty-year career in sales management with running an outdoor leadership and corporate team-building company in Park City, Utah. As founder of Park City Teamworks, Judd has designed business adventures for more than 500 companies and 14,000 business leaders.
The outdoor adventures have proven to be the perfect setting to see how business teams play under stress and reveal their true nature. Back at Base Camp, debriefings help team members apply the lessons learned in their outdoor adventure to become a high-performing, winning team when they return to the office.

Previously, as vice president of sales in the water-management sector, Judd led teams as large as fifty sales reps with more than $200 million in annual revenue. In addition, he has been a contributing member of two executive leadership teams and has served on many community nonprofits as a board member. He also served two terms as president of the Park City Sunrise Rotary Club.
Judd has lived in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah since 1994, with his wife, Lisa and three children. They share a passion for mountain adventures including hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, and skiing. They are currently building a new home in Sun Valley, Idaho. Judd has reached the summit of most of the highest peaks in the American West, and in 2000 he climbed three peaks (17,600 to 21,100 feet in elevation) in the Bolivian Andes to raise money for a friend he lost to leukemia.
